Welcome to our website. These terms and conditions (these ‘Terms’) are an agreement between you (the User of this Website) and BeyHealth Consulting Limited, the owner and operator of this Website. By proceeding to use this Website, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms and agree to comply with and be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Website immediately.

1.1. BeyHealth Consulting Limited (‘BeyHealth’, ‘our’, ‘us’ and ‘we’) is a company incorporated in Nigeria with registered number 911561, and whose registered address is 1st Floor, Jabita Court, Plot 136, Alake Onile-Ere Crescent, Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria.

These Terms are entered into by and between you, the User and BeyHealth.

User (or Users) means any third party that accesses the Website other than for the purpose of acting in the course of their employment with BeyHealth Consulting Limited or their capacity as a consultant or similar service and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

Customer Content refers to content (including, but not limited to, personal data, files, images and text) inputted, uploaded or provided by a User (or ‘Customer’) in the course of availing themselves of the Services made available on or through the Website. 2.5. Website in this context refers to www.bhqj.org and includes any sub-domains associated with it unless expressly excluded by their Terms.

7.2. You will be considered to have ‘Registered’ and to be in full compliance with the Fees and registration requirement for Services made available through our Website upon the completion of the necessary procedures and full payment of stipulated fees.

7.3. Our pricing structure may change from time to time, but such changes will not affect the Fees and registration requirements for any of our Services, including charity, free or concessionary events, for which you have fully complied in accordance with sections 7.2 and 7.3.

10.3. You shall have sole responsibility for and hereby warrant the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of your Customer Content.

10.4. In the event of any loss or damage to your Customer Content, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be for us to use reasonable commercial endeavours to restore the lost or damaged Customer Content from the latest back-up of such Customer Content maintained by us in accordance with our standard archiving procedure.

10.5. We shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of Customer Content caused by any third party (with the exception of third parties sub-contracted by us to perform services related to Customer Content maintenance and back-up).

10.6. You may, for personal and non-commercial use only, view, retrieve and display the Content of the Website on a computer screen.

10.7. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of BeyHealth Consulting Limited.

11. TERMINATION

11.1. We retain absolute discretion to refuse you access to our Services and to cancel or terminate your access to these Services without prior notice and without a requirement to offer compensation for such termination if necessary.

11.2. We may disable your access to any material or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you are in breach of these Terms.

13.1. You may not assign, sub-contract or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person.

13.2. We may at any time assign, sub-contract or transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

14. GOVERNING LAW

14.1. These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to Nigerian law. All disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

15.1. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy contain the entire agreement between you and BeyHealth regarding the use of this Website and our Services made available through it.

15.2. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Website or by providing other notice to you. By accessing this Website, you agree to the latest version of these Terms.
