The Duchess' Hospital prides itself as the Foremost Nigerian Health care provider, delivering affordable healthcare to our patients. Patients attending the Family Medicine and GP Urgent Care clinics receive the highest standards of care in a combined 24-hour daily (Monday to Sunday) General Practitioner (GP)-led primary care service which holds throughout the year.
The Family Medicine and Urgent Care Clinics are the first port of call for most patients entering the hospital. The clinics offer a broad range of In-House and Out-of-Hours (OOH) services.
As specialist in general practice, family physicians are available to care for a wide range of health needs of patients irrespective of gender or age.
Our clinics are structured and well-organised with advance booking of appointments between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
Our unique Urgent Care Centre (UCC) facilities offer a full complement of urgent primary care services on a “walk-in” basis from 5 pm until 9 am. The Urgent Care Center primarily treat injuries or illnesses requiring immediate care but not serious enough to require an emergency room visit.
We offer our patients the best of all worlds. Not only do we provide academic-level expertise, but we do it within the convenient setting of a bespoke hospitality-grade environment. We are always here for our patients — both emotionally and physically — whenever and however they need us. That’s why 95% of our patients recommend Duchess to family and friends.
